SNL Shows Why the Internet Should Never Write a TV Show

If there is one thing the internet has a lot of, it's opinions. When things don't align with our conservative or liberal viewpoints, we tend to vehemently voice our concerns via Twitter. With Woody Harrelson hosting, Saturday Night Live decided to see what would happen if Twitter dictated a sitcom's characters.

The result is pretty much utter chaos with the audience suggesting every single character be progressive and anti-establishment. This is then undone when readers start sending in fan mail (yes, like physical mail.) The Dudleys skit is one of this season's more successful comedic ventures and proves that the 40-year-old sketch show can still serve up biting commentary to our sometimes inane online culture.
