If you’ve ever managed to finish a Rubik’s cube, you might be a little proud of the fact (I certainly would be.) That is, at least, before you saw this stop motion robot love story video, the result of someone solving 1,300 Rubik’s cubes nearly a thousand times each.
The short film was animated by Jeff Schweikart. We can only imagine how many hapless friends were enlisted in the solving of the Rubik’s cubes. At just under a minute and a half in length, it’s worth watching for the sheer novelty of seeing Rubik’s cubes brought to life in this way, but it also happens to be a pretty adorable story.
